Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Laurits Bolling made the kick off and thus started the match. When Fillip Hofbæk came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Ulfborg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fillip Hofbæk couldn't finish the play. Fillip Hofbæk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sophus Byrklit having to interfere. In the 13th minute Fillip Hofbæk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sophus Byrklit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Omvrå FC's Eddy Gurris got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Ulfborg FC's Fillip Hofbæk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sophus Byrklit narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fillip Hofbæk in the 17th minute of play forced Omvrå FC's goalkeeper Sophus Byrklit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Omvrå FC's Eddy Gurris got a free kick in the 18th minute. Laurits Bolling struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Egil Warghede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Omvrå FC. Mathias Gevad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sophus Byrklit having to interfere. Laurits Bolling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Egil Warghede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laurits Bolling in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egil Warghede saved Ulfborg FC from getting behind. In the 42nd minute Dirk Obdrup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Warghede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tim Sarling struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Egil Warghede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Omvrå FC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fillip Hofbæk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Egil Warghede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurits Bolling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fillip Hofbæk hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Ulfborg FC's Egil Warghede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Sarling in the 59th minute of play. Marthin Thornhal charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marthin Thornhal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 61 minutes into the match, Omvrå FC's Laurits Bolling sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Egil Warghede narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tim Sarling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Egil Warghede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurits Bolling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tim Sarling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Egil Warghede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurits Bolling, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Laurits Bolling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Egil Warghede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ulfborg FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
