Peter Scherfig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmi Stevnsholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 19 minutes, Timmi Stevnsholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Najbjerg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmi Stevnsholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22ndth minute of the game Anker Folke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Najbjerg FC's Josef Efrann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Najbjerg FC defense, Eskild Badeby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Josef Efrann. The Najbjerg FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Josef Efrann should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eric Hasson got free with Peter Scherfig in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Lindebjerg FC's Eskild Badeby sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Josef Efrann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Eskild Badeby cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Josef Efrann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thue Bohnstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Najbjerg FC's zone, Eskild Badeby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josef Efrann came out of the goal and Eskild Badeby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timmi Stevnsholm was the one to do the kick off. Anker Folke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Josef Efrann having to make a save. Timmi Stevnsholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Peter Scherfig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Scherfig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Hasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th match minute, Lindebjerg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeus Sæbud to maneuver through the defense. Najbjerg FC's Timmi Stevnsholm got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60thth minute of the game Eskild Badeby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Najbjerg FC's Josef Efrann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eric Hasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Eskild Badeby got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Rupert Ryddeskov fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lindebjerg FC's protests and gave Rupert Ryddeskov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Rupert Ryddeskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Eskild Badeby got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Josef Efrann was a little too slow when Eskild Badeby got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-4. Anker Folke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josef Efrann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Najbjerg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eskild Badeby came free, but Josef Efrann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
