Eyvin Prosch started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Frederiksund AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Kvolbæk to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eyvin Prosch in the 4th minute of play forced Frederiksund AC's goalkeeper Absalon Schousbølle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Ralph Albjørk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frederiksund AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tranekilde the free kick. Eyvin Prosch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Absalon Schousbølle made a huge save. Arne Buchholz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Absalon Schousbølle having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Frederiksund AC's Freddy Kvolbæk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ralf Malund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Frederiksund AC's Freddy Kvolbæk got a free kick in the 16th minute. Absalon Schousbølle was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Christian Renmark. Stephan Stiegler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Absalon Schousbølle made a huge save. In the 20th match minute, Frederiksund AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vagn Warring to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Eyvin Prosch made a precise shot to the right of Absalon Schousbølle. Frederiksund AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Freddy Kvolbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Absalon Schousbølle managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Tranekilde's Eyvin Prosch fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 36th minute, Freddy Kvolbæk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ralph Albjørk was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Ralph Albjørk hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Frederiksund AC's goalkeeper Absalon Schousbølle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eyvin Prosch. In the 45th minute, Arne Buchholz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eyvin Prosch had several of the Frederiksund AC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 45 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Absalon Schousbølle as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rudi Seiring to strike the kick off in the second half. Ralf Malund came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Frederiksund AC's Freddy Kvolbæk. But to his dismay, Freddy Kvolbæk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. If Kaspar Leisted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Kaspar Leisted ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ralf Malund was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Rudi Seiring fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Malund having to interfere. Vagn Warring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ralf Malund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tranekilde's goalkeeper Ralf Malund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kaspar Leisted fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Malund having to interfere. In the 85th minute Bastian Delkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Absalon Schousbølle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Eyvin Prosch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Absalon Schousbølle was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. In the 90th minute, Eyvin Prosch made a precise shot to the right of Absalon Schousbølle. Frederiksund AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4. In the 95th minute Bastian Delkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Absalon Schousbølle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
