Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. George Jelstrøm started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Muldbjerg AC's goalkeeper Thorfinn Kieffer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigurd Almblad. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Jelstrøm in the 4th minute of play forced Galaxy United FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Grøftebjerg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Ulrick Fogelstrøm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Thorfinn Kieffer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sigurd Almblad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, Henry Vestland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 minutes of play, Muldbjerg AC's Joachim Embort made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenneth Grøftebjerg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kenneth Grøftebjerg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Embort, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thorfinn Kieffer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Genild in the 19th minute of play. Kenneth Grøftebjerg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Jelstrøm in the 20th minute of the match. If Joachim Embort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Amdi Rylinger came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Galaxy United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amdi Rylinger couldn't finish the play. Kenneth Grøftebjerg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Jelstrøm in the 29th minute of play. Sigurd Almblad in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thorfinn Kieffer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Egil Genild got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ulrick Fogelstrøm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Thorfinn Kieffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sigurd Almblad came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Thorfinn Kieffer could save by the left post. Sigurd Almblad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Egil Genild to strike the kick off in the second half. Egil Genild blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thorfinn Kieffer having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Jelstrøm in the 56th minute of play forced Galaxy United FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Grøftebjerg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenneth Grøftebjerg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Jelstrøm, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Galaxy United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amdi Rylinger to maneuver through the defense. Egil Genild received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Thorfinn Kieffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joachim Embort got free with Kenneth Grøftebjerg in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kenneth Grøftebjerg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Jelstrøm in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Jelstrøm in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenneth Grøftebjerg saved Galaxy United FC from getting behind. Joachim Embort could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Kenneth Grøftebjerg made a huge save. The supporters of Muldbjerg AC booed when Galaxy United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amdi Rylinger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egil Genild succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Joachim Embort could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Kenneth Grøftebjerg made a huge save. In the 90th minute Ulrick Fogelstrøm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorfinn Kieffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Galaxy United FC booed when Muldbjerg AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Øjvind Staldbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egil Genild struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Thorfinn Kieffer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galaxy United FC. Thorfinn Kieffer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulrick Fogelstrøm in the 95th minute of play. George Jelstrøm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Galaxy United FC fully deserved thier win.
