Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Rikardt Mosgart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Eigil Wichmand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terry Engelharth succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-4. Eigil Wichmand had in the 90thth minute some difficulties stopping Jørgen Stølner's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Eigil Wichmand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Engelharth in the 91st minute of the match. Rikardt Mosgart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Terry Engelharth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eigil Wichmand was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.
