Jonas Hougs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Harring, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Hougs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Harring in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Egebjærg's André Barntved got control of the ball when Kaspar Kækel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hjalmar Nasgård fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Barntved having to interfere. In the 27th minute Hjalmar Nasgård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Barntved saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Johan Harring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Hougs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaspar Kækel got free with André Barntved in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Harring in the 32nd minute of play forced Snesere SIK's goalkeeper Jonas Hougs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Egebjærg booed when Snesere SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hjalmar Nasgård didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Johan Harring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johan Harring in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Hougs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot by Ian Karklinat from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got André Barntved's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hjalmar Nasgård stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Laus Skovholm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Hougs was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Jonas Hougs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Harring in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Snesere SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathies Gratved to maneuver through the defense. Egebjærg's Laus Skovholm was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 62nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Johan Harring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathies Gratved kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Laus Skovholms short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Jonas Hougs to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonas Hougs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Harring in the 75th minute of play. Snesere SIK's Jonas Hougs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Harring in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Laus Skovholm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Egebjærg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The Snesere SIK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Hougs should have stopped the shot. Egebjærg played a much better game than Snesere SIK and deserved their victory. The Snesere SIK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
