Baltazar Sveller kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Vilfred Martinsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Phillip Jewell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Phillip Jewell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Fardan's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Phillip Jewell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tejs Hylsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phillip Jewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kresten Følbæk in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Vilfred Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Jewell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Vilfred Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsted's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilfred Martinsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Phillip Jewell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuel Merland charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Merland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BIF - Skovlunde booed when Åsted was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Merland didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kresten Følbæk during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Åsted getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Kresten Følbæk hit a great ball. Lucas Fardan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Jewell having to interfere. Åsted's Kresten Følbæk got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Vilfred Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Jewell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Kristof Nicolaysen fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BIF - Skovlunde's protests and gave Kristof Nicolaysen a yellow card for diving instead. 47 minutes into the match, BIF - Skovlunde's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Masannek came free, but Phillip Jewell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Åsted were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jess Ellehauge to make the kick off. A collision led to BIF - Skovlunde getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jess Ellehauge hit a great ball. If Kresten Følbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Kresten Følbæk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsted's supporters rose to their feet, but Kresten Følbæk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Phillip Jewell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilfred Martinsson scored 0-4 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phillip Jewell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kresten Følbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the game, Kresten Følbæk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Phillip Jewell. Kresten Følbæk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Phillip Jewell made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Lucas Fardan sent off a good shot on target. Vilfred Martinsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Phillip Jewell made a huge save. In the 85th minute Lucas Fardan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Jewell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilfred Martinsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Phillip Jewell made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vilfred Martinsson got free with Phillip Jewell in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Phillip Jewell successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match was over Åsted could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BIF - Skovlunde throughout the match.
