Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Viborg's Eli Kert started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teis Harkild was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Vagn Blennov. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Eli Kert managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Viborg's supporters rose to their feet, but Eli Kert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teis Harkild breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teis Harkild showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nick Feltheim, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of STØD-G™ booed when FC Viborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terri Lundov didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerhardt Torgersen to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertil Brønno during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, STØD-G™'s Jonatan Sandrup got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Fredrik Paabjerg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Eli Kert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teis Harkild was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Jonatan Sandrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Therkel Benved tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 played minutes FC Viborg got a freekick which was hit by Nick Feltheim. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Gerhardt Torgersen managed to get in a good position for a shot. STØD-G™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gerhardt Torgersen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Therkel Benved breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FC Viborg support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
