With a little luck, Stendis FC's Jørn Bøllund got control of the ball when Teddy Talihn tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th minute Henrik Hegnsbøl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jørn Bøllund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stendis FC's Jørn Bøllund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Stendis FC from getting a goal against them. Jørn Bøllund made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Teddy Talihn sent off a good shot on target. Folmar Arnrot charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Folmar Arnrot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, Stendis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folmar Arnrot to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Stendis FC's goalkeeper Jørn Bøllund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teddy Talihn. In the 25th minute, Dynamo Brabrand's Henrik Hegnsbøl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 31st minute, Vinzent Soubak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jørn Bøllund. The goal made the score 2-0. Stendis FC's Jørn Bøllund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Stendis FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Dynamo Brabrand's Berndt Hjørksø got a free kick in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrik Hegnsbøl was the one to do the kick off. Stendis FC's Jørn Bøllund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Rasberg in the 54th minute of play. After 56 minutes, Ove Branshøj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stendis FC and the Dynamo Brabrand players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Stendis FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ove Branshøj hit a great ball. Henrik Hegnsbøl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jørn Bøllund having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Stendis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teddy Talihn came free, but Jørn Bøllund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, David Rasberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dynamo Brabrand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Dynamo Brabrand's Henrik Hegnsbøl got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teddy Talihn in the 70th minute of play forced Stendis FC's goalkeeper Jørn Bøllund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Stendis FC's Helge Skonnemose got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Teddy Talihn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dynamo Brabrand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When Vinzent Soubak fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dynamo Brabrand's protests and gave Vinzent Soubak a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Vinzent Soubak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Stendis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teddy Talihn came free, but Jørn Bøllund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Sivart Svare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stendis FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dynamo Brabrand the free kick. 92 minutes into the match, Gorm Julsmark had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vagnar Tholsted. Dynamo Brabrand's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gorm Julsmark was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Teddy Talihn took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jørn Bøllund. Jørn Bøllund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Dynamo Brabrand walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
