Spectators: 8493 (Terracing: 6371, Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thorvald Nadal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nicolaus Grenick hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 3 played minutes, Tander SIK's Olav Helberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valter Aablad came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tander SIK reached it. After some careless play in the YNWA classic defense, Thorvald Nadal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valter Aablad. The YNWA classic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valter Aablad should have stopped the shot. YNWA classic's Valter Aablad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save YNWA classic from getting a goal against them. Folmar Brunved showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicko Kappelskov, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 9 minutes of play, YNWA classic's Nicko Kappelskov made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Folmar Brunved was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vagn Thisvad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Valter Aablad made a huge save. YNWA classic's Valter Aablad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorvald Nadal in the 13th minute of play. Thorvald Nadal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valter Aablad came out and tried to block the shot, but Thorvald Nadal slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 13th minute. Folmar Brunved took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ditlev Dønkjær, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valter Aablad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorvald Nadal, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. YNWA classic's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amdi Talmer in the 25th minute. With his leg Valter Aablad managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Tander SIK's Vagn Thisvad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 29th minute Toke Myndel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valter Aablad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. YNWA classic's Valter Aablad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save YNWA classic from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vagn Thisvad got free with Valter Aablad in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. YNWA classic's Valter Aablad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorvald Nadal in the 41st minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, YNWA classic's goalkeeper Valter Aablad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vagn Thisvad. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Valter Aablad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vagn Thisvad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Nicko Kappelskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Åge Hasle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tander SIK made a substitution. Svenne Vørle replaced Frederick Tjørn. Tander SIK's Folmar Brunved played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åge Hasle in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tander SIK's zone, Ditlev Dønkjær stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folmar Brunved came out of the goal and Ditlev Dønkjær tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valter Aablad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorvald Nadal in the 72nd minute of play. Valter Aablad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vagn Thisvad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thorvald Nadal in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valter Aablad saved YNWA classic from getting behind. Tander SIK's Vagn Thisvad got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vagn Thisvad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valter Aablad having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Tander SIK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
