Timo Otterdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Alsbjerg in the 2nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Galo in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timo Otterdahl saved Helletofte FC from getting behind. A collision led to Stendis FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Helge Skonnemose hit a great ball. Stendis FC's Samuel Galo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Frans Alsbjerg sped through Helletofte FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Timo Otterdahl. Percy Huthmacher's late challenge caught a Helletofte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Percy Huthmacher helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Helletofte FC booed when Stendis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percy Huthmacher didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Stendis FC's Samuel Galo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Timo Otterdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Helletofte FC's Timo Otterdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Galo in the 24th minute of play. When Stendis FC's Percy Huthmacher in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Helletofte FC's goalie prevented a goal. Timo Otterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Galo in the 35th minute of the match. The Helletofte FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Stendis FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frans Alsbjerg to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 54 in the game by Samuel Galo from a close distance when the talented Timo Otterdahl managed to make a qualified save. Helletofte FC's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Helletofte FC's zone, Percy Huthmacher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timo Otterdahl came out of the goal and Percy Huthmacher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timo Otterdahl made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Samuel Galo sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Helletofte FC defense, Percy Huthmacher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timo Otterdahl. The Helletofte FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timo Otterdahl should have stopped the shot. After 63 played minutes Stendis FC got a freekick which was hit by Helge Skonnemose. Samuel Galo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Helletofte FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Torbjørn Weien hit a great ball. Timo Otterdahl made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Samuel Galo sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Stendis FC's Frans Alsbjerg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Timo Otterdahl. That made the score 0-4 after 74 minutes of play. The Stendis FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Stendis FC's Frans Alsbjerg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A hard shot 83 in the game by Samuel Galo from a close distance when the talented Timo Otterdahl managed to make a qualified save. Helletofte FC's players were relieved. Samuel Galo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Timo Otterdahl skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Samuel Galo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Frans Alsbjerg struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Timo Otterdahl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stendis FC. In the 92nd minute, Helletofte FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Samuel Galo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 97 minutes into the match, Stendis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Drostø came free, but Michael Hegngaard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Stendis FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Stendis FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
