Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eli Kert made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Svenaage Krogmar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Therkel Benved was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. In the 11th minute Eli Kert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ibrahim Erring saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Therkel Benved stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svenaage Krogmar's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Nick Feltheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ibrahim Erring having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Kappelsborg SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Feltheim came free, but Ibrahim Erring reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Therkel Benved stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svenaage Krogmar's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, FC Viborg's Eli Kert ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ibrahim Erring. Ibrahim Erring yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 29 minutes into the match, Kurt Husager had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Therkel Benved. FC Viborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kurt Husager was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in FC Viborg's zone, Kenney Myllerup stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Therkel Benved came out of the goal and Kenney Myllerup tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Viborg getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Amadeus Schubring hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Svenaage Krogmar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kappelsborg SIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Svenaage Krogmar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Therkel Benved breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Therkel Benved took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svenaage Krogmar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klas Hamle was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, one of Kappelsborg SIK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kappelsborg SIK. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

In the 54th match minute, FC Viborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Moeslund to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes, Kappelsborg SIK's Ivar Flintrup shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Therkel Benved came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kappelsborg SIK reached it. 58 minutes into the match, Kappelsborg SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Eli Kert came free, but Ibrahim Erring reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nick Feltheim took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ibrahim Erring. Ibrahim Erring dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eli Kert in the 63rd minute of play forced Kappelsborg SIK's goalkeeper Ibrahim Erring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svenaage Krogmar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Therkel Benved having to interfere. Rupert Moeslund scored 4-2 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ibrahim Erring, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ibrahim Erring showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rupert Moeslund, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Terri Lundov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Ibrahim Erring was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ibrahim Erring made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terri Lundov in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Rupert Moeslund made a precise shot to the right of Ibrahim Erring. Kappelsborg SIK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eli Kert in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ibrahim Erring saved Kappelsborg SIK from getting behind. In the 80th minute, Gunnar Oldengaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Feltheim in the 84th minute of play forced Kappelsborg SIK's goalkeeper Ibrahim Erring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Viborg booed when Kappelsborg SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Husager didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ibrahim Erring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupert Moeslund in the 90th minute of the match. August Plym hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Gunnar Oldengaard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Therkel Benved read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play.
