The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Next Generation defense, Bruno Schutz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kayacan Usluer. The Next Generation fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kayacan Usluer should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Frans Uter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kayacan Usluer was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Next Generation's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Frans Uter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kayacan Usluer. Next Generation's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frans Uter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Next Generation's goalkeeper Kayacan Usluer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. toledo united's Rudi Frydahl suffered a concussion after 33 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Balthazar Susaa during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Next Generation getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Balthazar Susaa hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, toledo united's Rufus Edelkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kayacan Usluer narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

In the 51st minute Bruno Schutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kayacan Usluer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. toledo united's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oliver Nyström in the 52nd minute. Oliver Nyström made a great header on toledo united's corner, it was just that Next Generation's Kayacan Usluer managed to reach the ball for a save. Kayacan Usluer made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Frans Uter sent off a good shot on target. toledo united's Tiago Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sune Aagot in the 59th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Schutz in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kayacan Usluer saved Next Generation from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as toledo united's Oliver Nyström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kayacan Usluer. That made the score 0-4 after 63 minutes of play. 66 minutes into the match, Next Generation's goalkeeper Kayacan Usluer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frans Uter. A collision led to Next Generation getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Christoffer Lillienfryd hit a great ball. Emanuele Di Ruscio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Kayacan Usluer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoffer Lillienfryd kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Bruno Schutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Nils Jarlholm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. toledo united's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Next Generation the free kick. After 76 played minutes toledo united got a freekick which was hit by Nils Jarlholm. toledo united's Tiago Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Cordareo in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Frans Uter made a precise shot to the right of Kayacan Usluer. Next Generation's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Waldemar Nibling kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Bruno Schutz struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Kayacan Usluer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for toledo united. The Next Generation fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. toledo united were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
