FC Høng United's Einar Sikjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mickey Udsholt in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Høng United's Wieslaw Patora got a free kick in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, FC Høng United's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorius Eiling came free, but Einar Sikjær reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigvart Refning made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hauge Braasch in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes FC Høng United got a freekick which was hit by Stephen Ernskov. In the 37th minute Lennart Truesen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvart Refning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svenåge Brixfort kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Einar Sikjær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerhart Badeby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benny Paulli in the 44th minute of play forced FC Høng United's goalkeeper Einar Sikjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Sikjær came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Sillerslev SIK's Gerhart Badeby. But to his dismay, Gerhart Badeby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half Sillerslev SIK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hauge Braasch to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Stephen Ernskov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvart Refning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Einar Sikjær made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Gerhart Badeby sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the match, FC Høng United's goalkeeper Einar Sikjær had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregorius Eiling. Gregorius Eiling in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Einar Sikjær, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mickey Udsholt got free with Einar Sikjær in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Mickey Udsholt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Einar Sikjær. That made the score 0-2 in the 62 minute of play. The supporters of Sillerslev SIK booed when FC Høng United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caspar Rebsdorf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerhart Badeby in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Sikjær prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerhart Badeby took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Einar Sikjær. Einar Sikjær dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With an all-out effort, Sillerslev SIK's Einar Sikjær threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gerhart Badeby, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 83 played minutes FC Høng United got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Patora. Sillerslev SIK's Gerhart Badeby got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Einar Sikjær successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Stephen Ernskov charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stephen Ernskov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes FC Høng United got a freekick which was hit by Stephen Ernskov. Mickey Udsholt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sillerslev SIK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
