Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rene Gjørsig got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Brønderslev's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Agsted came free, but Tommy Haslauer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Reman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Haslauer having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Brønderslev was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Thomsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Amund Wambæk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Haslauer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Søren Balgaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Haslauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigismund Julku in the 11th minute of play. Brønderslev's Tommy Haslauer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Reman in the 13th minute of play. Reiner Elborne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tommy Haslauer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Haslauer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Agsted, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Brian Agsted managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borup's supporters rose to their feet, but Brian Agsted was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Haslauer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Lucas Reman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borup fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Brønderslev's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Reman came free, but Tommy Haslauer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borup's Lucas Reman got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brian Agsted sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Hasse Dill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Reman in the 42nd minute of play forced Brønderslev's goalkeeper Tommy Haslauer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Borup's Lucas Reman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Haslauer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tommy Haslauer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Agsted in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Borup's Sigismund Julku got a free kick in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Reman got free with Tommy Haslauer in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thejs Keldt during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Borup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thejs Keldt to maneuver through the defense. After 88 played minutes Borup got a freekick which was hit by Thejs Keldt. The supporters of Borup booed when Brønderslev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Volstrup didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borup's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
