But to his dismay, Per Tværbæk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Roland Bræstrup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Bræstrup took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Hessel. Jan Hessel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 36 minutes into the match, ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Bræstrup came free, but Jan Hessel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Bræstrup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Vejsager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaare Dyrbøg having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roland Bræstrup made a kick off.
