Spectators: 8468 (Terracing: 6352, Seating: 1947, VIP seats: 169) RoBen FC's Adolf Jamieson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Curling's Carl Hokser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Palle Ovengaard in the 9th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gregorius Halldorsson during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Curling booed when RoBen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorius Halldorsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carl Hokser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morgan Warsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 17 minutes of play, RoBen FC's Morgan Warsberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carl Hokser was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karlo Vibek took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armin La Penna. Armin La Penna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 29th match minute, FC Curling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aksel Heiden to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, RoBen FC's goalkeeper Armin La Penna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herman Bogholdt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Palle Ovengaard in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Curling's goalkeeper Carl Hokser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Curling's Fabian Falnov got a free kick in the 35th minute. 40 minutes into the match, FC Curling's goal looked a bit too open when Palle Ovengaard came free, but Carl Hokser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolf Jamieson in the 41st minute of play forced FC Curling's goalkeeper Carl Hokser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, FC Curling's Armin La Penna threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Herman Bogholdt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 47 minutes into the match, RoBen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karlo Vibek came free, but Armin La Penna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrick Smidth made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, FC Curling's goalkeeper Carl Hokser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolf Jamieson. Armin La Penna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karlo Vibek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Curling getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Patrick Smidth hit a great ball. Moritz Wihrs's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Carl Hokser firmly grabbed it by the left post. Armin La Penna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sonni Rudbjerg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolf Jamieson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karlo Vibek in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armin La Penna saved RoBen FC from getting behind. 68 minutes into the game, Herman Bogholdt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Armin La Penna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Armin La Penna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karlo Vibek, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 86th minute Palle Ovengaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Hokser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Sonni Rudbjerg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Armin La Penna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Armin La Penna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karlo Vibek in the 91st minute of play. In the 91st minute Karlo Vibek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin La Penna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the RoBen FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Curling.
