An unexpectedly hard shot by Teddi Suutari in the 14th minute of play forced Grasshopperne Langå's goalkeeper Asmus Snekkerup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grasshopperne Langå's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teddi Suutari was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Gamla Stan's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Teddi Suutari almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Grasshopperne Langå's Asmus Snekkerup did a great save. The FC Gamla Stan fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when FC Gamla Stan's Michel Torres looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Héctor Quintero took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Asmus Snekkerup. Asmus Snekkerup dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The audience was convinced that Teddi Suutari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Asmus Snekkerup was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 44th minute, Vatan Nass left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Gamla Stan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. FC Gamla Stan's Paw Nibelvang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wagn Baldin in the 62nd minute of play. Grasshopperne Langå's Asmus Snekkerup proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Grasshopperne Langå from getting a goal against them. Asmus Snekkerup stood somewhat misplaced when Teddi Suutari came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Paw Nibelvang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wagn Baldin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paw Nibelvang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Aulov went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the game, Cristian Aulov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-7. Paw Nibelvang was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Héctor Quintero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Asmus Snekkerup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asmus Snekkerup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vatan Nass in the 83rd minute of the match. After 84 minutes of play, FC Gamla Stan's Teddi Suutari made it 2-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asmus Snekkerup was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Gamla Stan's Morgan Niby was substituted for Teddi Suutari. Morgan Niby succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-9 in the 88th playminute. Asmus Snekkerup made an important save on a dangerous shot by Morgan Niby in the 92nd minute. The FC Gamla Stan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Gamla Stan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
