Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Klas Snerle got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Hero's Hektor Techen got a free kick in the 3rd minute. FC Falkenberg's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Klas Snerle in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Klas Snerle managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Falkenberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Klas Snerle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Detlef Guldhjem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hero's Detlef Guldhjem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilfred Bom in the 9th minute of play. Vilfred Bom kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Vilfred Bom hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Falkenberg booed when Hero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Gisløv didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klas Snerle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detlef Guldhjem having to interfere. If Vagn Mandøe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Detlef Guldhjem came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Falkenberg's Klas Snerle. But to his dismay, Klas Snerle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. FC Falkenberg's Klas Snerle got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Hero's goal looked a bit too open when Klas Snerle came free, but Detlef Guldhjem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Hero getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Hektor Techen hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Asbjørn Benved was the one to do the kick off. Klas Snerle let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 54th minute shot 0-2 at rihgt post. With his leg Detlef Guldhjem managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when FC Falkenberg's Klas Snerle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jarl Clark kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrik Svarthamar got free with Detlef Guldhjem in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Klas Snerle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-2 became the score in the 75th minute when Asbjørn Benved elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bjørn Aalestrup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjørn Aalestrup in the 81st minute of play forced Hero's goalkeeper Detlef Guldhjem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hero's Detlef Guldhjem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Hero from getting a goal against them. After 83 minutes, Rupert Glitzky mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hero and the FC Falkenberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Falkenberg booed when Hero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rupert Glitzky didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klas Snerle in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Detlef Guldhjem saved Hero from getting behind. Klas Snerle had several of the Hero's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Detlef Guldhjem as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the final whistle sounded FC Falkenberg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hero.
