The crowd rose to their feet as Grasshopperne Langå's Cristian Aulov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Detlef Guldhjem. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Detlef Guldhjem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Aulov's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Grasshopperne Langå were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Hero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wagn Baldin took the corner. 2-0 became the score in the 11th minute when Cristian Aulov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vagn Mandøe in the 16th minute of play forced Grasshopperne Langå's goalkeeper Asmus Snekkerup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Edvardt Hartstein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grasshopperne Langå's Karim Elvin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kris Sønningsen in the 20 minute of the game. Detlef Guldhjem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Aulov in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute Grasshopperne Langå were awarded a corner. Wagn Baldin went to the cornerflag to take it. A hard shot 26 in the game by Wagn Baldin from a close distance when the talented Detlef Guldhjem managed to make a qualified save. Hero's players were relieved. Augustus Neidings charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augustus Neidings the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Grasshopperne Langå's Augustus Neidings got a free kick in the 28th minute. Detlef Guldhjem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wagn Baldin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wagn Baldin got free with Detlef Guldhjem in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Aulov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Detlef Guldhjem made a huge save. 39 minutes into the game, Cristian Aulov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Detlef Guldhjem. Cristian Aulov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Asmus Snekkerup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vagn Mandøe in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Grasshopperne Langå's Cristian Aulov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Asbjørn Benved made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Cristian Aulov put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Detlef Guldhjem. 56 minutes into the match, Grasshopperne Langå's Mickey Vesthammer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Detlef Guldhjem narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Wagn Baldin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Detlef Guldhjem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Aulov, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Hero's Asbjørn Benved in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grasshopperne Langå's goalie prevented a goal. Hero's Detlef Guldhjem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Aulov in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Grasshopperne Langå booed when Hero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvardt Hartstein didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute of the match Wagn Baldin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Detlef Guldhjem skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hero's zone, Cristian Aulov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Detlef Guldhjem came out of the goal and Cristian Aulov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Cristian Aulov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Detlef Guldhjem was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. The audience was convinced that Cristian Aulov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Detlef Guldhjem was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. After 74 played minutes Hero got a freekick which was hit by Rupert Glitzky. In the 79th minute, Wagn Baldin made a precise shot to the right of Detlef Guldhjem. Hero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. In the 90thth minute of the game Wagn Baldin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hero's Detlef Guldhjem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cristian Aulov came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Grasshopperne Langå fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Aulov couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Hero's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Aulov came free, but Detlef Guldhjem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grasshopperne Langå walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
