After 14 played minutes F.C.BARCELONA got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Edelstrøm. In the 20th minute, Gunvald Mitens made a precise shot to the right of Bernard Skovbon. F.C.BARCELONA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Hemming Glykær might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernard Skovbon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hemming Glykær ran back to his position shaking his head. Gunvald Mitens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gunvald Mitens might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernard Skovbon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gunvald Mitens ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute of the match, Hemming Glykær tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bernard Skovbon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. F.C.BARCELONA's Bernard Skovbon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hemming Glykær in the 40th minute of play. When Denis Schubring came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the FC Drik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Schubring couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute Denis Schubring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Skovbon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernard Skovbon stood somewhat misplaced when Denis Schubring came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 43 minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gunvald Mitens was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, FC Drik's Hemming Glykær sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernard Skovbon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernard Skovbon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Barskov in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute Constantin Rolfmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ted Kobbeltvedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devlet İşcan's late challenge caught a F.C.BARCELONA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Devlet İşcan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Devlet İşcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Skovbon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunvald Mitens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernard Skovbon came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Drik's Denis Schubring. But to his dismay, Denis Schubring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 79 minutes into the game, FC Drik's Ernst Barskov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernard Skovbon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 82 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Rolfmark came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the F.C.BARCELONA defense, Gunvald Mitens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernard Skovbon. The F.C.BARCELONA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Skovbon should have stopped the shot. Ernst Barskov charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernst Barskov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Drik's Ernst Barskov got a free kick in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the F.C.BARCELONA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Drik.
