In the 22ndth minute of the game Thorlejf Arneskov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Det fine selskab's Pedro Batistuta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eberhardt Ørsbo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Batistuta having to interfere. If Thorlejf Arneskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Det fine selskab's zone, Eberhardt Ørsbo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 48 minutes into the match, Det fine selskab's goal looked a bit too open when Thorlejf Arneskov came free, but Pedro Batistuta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Virgil Løvehjerte had several of the YNWA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 51 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Peter Henvig as he didn't even see the shot coming. Eberhardt Ørsbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute.
