Valther Bruuse kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute of the match, Bent Streyder tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Frederik Hylsebeck saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bent Streyder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederik Hylsebeck having to interfere. Frederik Hylsebeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bent Streyder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Nigel Darlet came free, but Tristan Nordlet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Refstrup's Frederik Hylsebeck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Refstrup from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sigfrid Eildorf got free with Frederik Hylsebeck in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frederik Hylsebeck made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Bent Streyder sent off a good shot on target. Bent Streyder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Frederik Hylsebeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when Refstrup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Bredekjær didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Bent Streyder dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Frederik Hylsebeck, 2-0. Kurd Frydenholt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Frederik Hylsebeck came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Holmkjar Hotspurs's Sigfrid Eildorf. But to his dismay, Sigfrid Eildorf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 62 minutes into the match, Refstrup's goal looked a bit too open when Bent Streyder came free, but Frederik Hylsebeck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tristan Nordlet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tonny Enander in the 64th minute of play. After some careless play in the Refstrup defense, Elmar Lexbo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederik Hylsebeck. The Refstrup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederik Hylsebeck should have stopped the shot. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Kalle Molnit was substituted for Sigfrid Eildorf. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Paulo Eickworth replaced Kurd Frydenholt. Refstrup's Klaus Kønigsfeldt was substituted for Valther Bruuse. Refstrup's Roger Nørrebo was substituted for Filip Bredekjær. Refstrup's Frederik Hylsebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elmar Lexbo in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Refstrup's goal looked a bit too open when Elmar Lexbo came free, but Frederik Hylsebeck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Tristan Nordlet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bobby Søndermand. Elmar Lexbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Frederik Hylsebeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bobby Søndermand came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Refstrup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bobby Søndermand couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the game, Magnus Steinwart cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Frederik Hylsebeck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Holmkjar Hotspurs's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
