GFG VOEL's attentive Camilo Suarez managed to snatch the ball when Mario Rui made a throw-in in the 6th minute of the game. Rüknettin Şahin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Martins read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Dida Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rüknettin Şahin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwardt Balmett made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios. In the 14th minute of the match, Danny Grønnow tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jes Linnig saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 19th minute, Rüknettin Şahin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GFG VOEL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of GFG VOEL booed when Hoberg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Rui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dida Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rüknettin Şahin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balázs Sebes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jes Linnig having to make a save. Jes Linnig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balázs Sebes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balázs Sebes in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jes Linnig saved GFG VOEL from getting behind. If Rüknettin Şahin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dida Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rüknettin Şahin in the 35th minute of the match. Balázs Sebes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rüknettin Şahin to make the kick off. Balázs Sebes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Damásio in the 58th minute of play forced Hoberg United's goalkeeper Dida Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, GFG VOEL's Rüknettin Şahin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dida Martins. Dida Martins yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Hoberg United's Dida Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Loi in the 64th minute of play. Hoberg United's Dida Martins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Hoberg United from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute of the match GFG VOEL got a corner. Hoberg United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Camilo Suarez ran over to the corner to take the kick. Caetano Levandowsky might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jes Linnig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caetano Levandowsky ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute Caetano Levandowsky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jes Linnig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dida Martins made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Rüknettin Şahin sent off a good shot on target. Caetano Levandowsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. GFG VOEL's Jes Linnig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Levandowsky in the 80th minute of play. Rüknettin Şahin scored 0-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dida Martins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hoberg United's Jimmi Imtiaz was substituted for Randy Bastard. GFG VOEL's Laimdots Stotaks got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goalkeeper Dida Martins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rüknettin Şahin. In the 93rd minute, Benny Bus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to GFG VOEL getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Laimdots Stotaks hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Levandowsky in the 97th minute of play forced GFG VOEL's goalkeeper Jes Linnig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
