Dietz Schock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Dietz Schock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Golo Andromidas's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Dietz Schock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Golo Andromidas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Felix Nettig notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Bayern München's Dietz Schock. Dietz Schock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But to his dismay, Mattias Garske quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After the first half Hohewurth FSV were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
