Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Heiner Boehnke took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of SV Türkgücü München booed when Olympia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heiner Boehnke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Jens Anschütz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Türkgücü München's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens Anschütz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ingolf Schütt took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carsten Schache. Carsten Schache dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nicolai Stifter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heiner Boehnke in the 28th minute of play forced SV Türkgücü München's goalkeeper Nicolai Stifter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingolf Schütt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carsten Schache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympia's goalkeeper Carsten Schache, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jens Anschütz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carsten Schache having to interfere. Ingolf Schütt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half SV Türkgücü München were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingolf Schütt made a kick off. A collision led to Olympia getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jochen Kies hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the game, Adolf Schmidt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Türkgücü München's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympia the free kick. After 59 played minutes SV Türkgücü München got a freekick which was hit by Adolf Schmidt. 60 minutes into the match, Olympia's Lars Gothe broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 62nd minute Felix Bormann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolai Stifter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Ingolf Schütt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carsten Schache. The goal made the score 0-2. Jens Anschütz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingolf Schütt had several of the Olympia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 80 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Carsten Schache as he didn't even see the shot coming.
