Claudio Goffredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Angel Hölzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Niederelsungen getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Arnau Pradias hit a great ball. Joshua Kanters charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joshua Kanters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henriko Homann went to the wrong direction when Arnau Pradias was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Angel Hölzer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Henriko Homann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zvonimir Paschen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Goffredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Henriko Homann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnau Pradias, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Arnau Pradias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Henriko Homann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Dilkrath defense, Eligijus Pakalniškis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henriko Homann. The Dilkrath fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henriko Homann should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Dilkrath's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Jürgen Peter came free, but Henriko Homann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zvonimir Paschen to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Angel Hölzer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henriko Homann was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Claudio Goffredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zvonimir Paschen in the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Hölzer in the 57th minute of play forced Dilkrath's goalkeeper Henriko Homann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes, Zvonimir Paschen made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Niederelsungen's Claudio Goffredo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Godo Keck came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Niederelsungen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godo Keck couldn't finish the play. After 75 minutes of play, Niederelsungen's Angel Hölzer made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henriko Homann was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, Angel Hölzer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henriko Homann. Dilkrath's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angel Hölzer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Henriko Homann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Hölzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes of play, Niederelsungen's Angel Hölzer made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henriko Homann was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Hans-Jürgen Peter fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Niederelsungen's protests and gave Hans-Jürgen Peter a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Niederelsungen's Hans-Jürgen Peter got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Niederelsungen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
