Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Willi Joisten made the kick off and thus started the match. Karsten Brick charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karsten Brick the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willy Hofstedde during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hüttenroda FSV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! Dittmar Dürre walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Manuel Büssinger was a little too slow when Willi Joisten got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Beat Kreisinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Uwe Hergt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes Hüttenroda FSV got a freekick which was hit by Willi Joisten. In the 24th match minute, FSV Lanzenhausen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beat Kreisinger to maneuver through the defense. Francis Bernecker hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ingbert Goch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Willi Joisten in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Büssinger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edzard Berens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Uwe Hergt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Jaro Winzen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Büssinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thorsten Debus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Hüttenroda FSV getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ansbert Fograscher hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edzard Berens was the one to do the kick off. FSV Lanzenhausen's Edzard Berens got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Uwe Hergt made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Beat Kreisinger sent off a good shot on target. Willi Joisten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Manuel Büssinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FSV Lanzenhausen's Manuel Büssinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorsten Debus in the 61st minute of play. Manuel Büssinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willi Joisten in the 62nd minute of the match. Thorsten Debus took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Büssinger. Manuel Büssinger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Manuel Büssinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willi Joisten in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to FSV Lanzenhausen getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Leon Tigge hit a great ball. FSV Lanzenhausen's Manuel Büssinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaro Winzen in the 79th minute of play. A hard shot 86 in the game by Edzard Berens from a close distance when the talented Uwe Hergt managed to make a qualified save. Hüttenroda FSV's players were relieved. The supporters of Hüttenroda FSV booed when FSV Lanzenhausen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dittmar Dürre didn't get a good kick on the ball. FSV Lanzenhausen's Leon Tigge got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Leon Tigge off the ground. After 92 played minutes FSV Lanzenhausen got a freekick which was hit by Leon Tigge. There was no doubt that Hüttenroda FSV were the better team. Hüttenroda FSV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
