Till Zippel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Beilstein, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Leippen's Dirk-Justus Heine got a free kick in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the game, one of Leippen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quincy Nink got free with Axel Hirsch in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Philipp Reininger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Leippen's goalkeeper Axel Hirsch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Quincy Nink. The crowd rose to their feet as Heiligenwald FC's Philipp Reininger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Axel Hirsch. That made the score 2-0 after 47 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

58 minutes into the match, Heiligenwald FC's goalkeeper Till Zippel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Beilstein. After a defensive mix-up in Heiligenwald FC's zone, Liam Scheunemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Till Zippel came out of the goal and Liam Scheunemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Heiligenwald FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Bosko Schröer hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the game, Liam Scheunemann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Till Zippel. Liam Scheunemann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Dirk-Justus Heine hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Leippen's zone, Niklas Zielezinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Hirsch came out of the goal and Niklas Zielezinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Philipp Reininger scored 3-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Axel Hirsch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Leippen's goal looked a bit too open when Philipp Reininger came free, but Axel Hirsch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Beilstein struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Till Zippel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leippen. In the 80th minute, Quincy Nink ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Axel Hirsch was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Michael Beilsteins short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Till Zippel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leippen's Axel Hirsch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philipp Reininger in the 88th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Leippen got a freekick which was hit by Walther Vöge. In the 96th minute of the match Niklas Zielezinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Axel Hirsch skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Heiligenwald FC had won after a very even match.
