An unexpectedly hard shot by Glenn Blohme in the 98th minute of play forced Hünhan FSV's goalkeeper Friedrich Hach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Buxtehude fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hünhan FSV were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
