If Jonas Bandmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jonas Bandmann sped through Volkstedt FSV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Milenko Heyse. Tammo Bachmayr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Simon Wewers made a huge save. Simon Wewers was a little too slow when Tammo Bachmayr got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Pascal Gigl kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Volkstedt FSV's Tammo Bachmayr in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Altweidelbach's goalie prevented a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rato Dröst to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Tammo Bachmayr made a precise shot to the right of Simon Wewers. Altweidelbach's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Jonas Otters struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Simon Wewers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Volkstedt FSV. In the 65th match minute, Altweidelbach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Herz to maneuver through the defense. If Tammo Bachmayr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Jonas Otters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Volkstedt FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Otters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Wewers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Volkstedt FSV getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Raphael Matthias hit a great ball. In the 78th match minute, Volkstedt FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Blömeke to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Volkstedt FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Rato Dröst came free, but Milenko Heyse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rato Dröst in the 96th minute of play forced Volkstedt FSV's goalkeeper Milenko Heyse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Volkstedt FSV had won after a very even match.
