The Kievelberg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Leopold Popoola fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kievelberg's protests and gave Leopold Popoola a yellow card for diving instead. Leopold Popoola kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Kuno Suchowitzki made the kick off in the second half. Samir Ullmann came out of the goal and Percy Krämer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kievelberg fully deserved thier win.
