Carl Stenzer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mischa Ressel's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. FC Bierlager Reichehall's Rolf Lunau got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robert Hopp kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Mischa Ressel came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Sivasspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mischa Ressel couldn't finish the play.

52 minutes into the match, FC Bierlager Reichehall's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Teichert came free, but Carl Stenzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th match minute, FC Bierlager Reichehall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enno Langolf to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Carl Kramer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christoph Ahrem. That made the score 2-2 in the 81 minute of play.
