In the 10th minute Charly zum Felde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gottlieb Konrad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gottlieb Konrad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyjölfur Feuchthofen in the 15th minute of play. Gottlieb Konrad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thaddäus Stenglein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Egenburg FSV's Thaddäus Stenglein got a free kick in the 24th minute. Max Kamionka lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Egenburg FSV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! Oliver Schönert walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niklas Lindenberg in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gottlieb Konrad saved Second Chance! from getting behind. If Thaddäus Stenglein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st match minute, Second Chance! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 郝默雄 to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the game, Oliver Schönert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Second Chance!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egenburg FSV the free kick. In the 45th minute, Oliver Schönert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Second Chance!'s Joachim Struve shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sergej Thun but with some difficulty. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wieslaw Barowicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Gottlieb Konrad made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Niklas Lindenberg sent off a good shot on target. When the match had been going on for 68 minutes, Egenburg FSV's Markus Eck got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gottlieb Konrad. Gottlieb Konrad made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Niklas Lindenberg sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kurt Brachmann during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Kurt Brachmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Niklas Lindenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egenburg FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Niklas Lindenberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gottlieb Konrad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niklas Lindenberg got free with Gottlieb Konrad in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thaddäus Stenglein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Niklas Lindenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Patrik Rose fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Second Chance!'s protests and gave Patrik Rose a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Second Chance!'s Patrik Rose got a free kick in the 86th minute. Niklas Lindenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gottlieb Konrad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gottlieb Konrad made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Niklas Lindenberg sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Second Chance!'s 郝默雄 got a free kick in the 90th minute. Niklas Lindenberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gottlieb Konrad came out and tried to block the shot, but Niklas Lindenberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 91st minute. Gottlieb Konrad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niklas Lindenberg went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.
