Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Club Ruhige Kugel's Robbie Knezic started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Robbie Knezic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reiner Baste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Friedrich Michalsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Robbie Knezic charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robbie Knezic the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Robbie Knezic kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Heiner Strobel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Friedrich Michalsky came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the BSG Lok Prenzlau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Friedrich Michalsky couldn't finish the play. Heiner Strobel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Reiner Baste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wolfgang Deck charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wolfgang Deck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Club Ruhige Kugel's Wolfgang Deck got a free kick in the 17th minute. Reiner Baste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Friedrich Michalsky in the 20th minute of the match. Club Ruhige Kugel's Reiner Baste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heiner Strobel in the 21st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Friedrich Michalsky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reiner Baste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, BSG Lok Prenzlau's Otfried Stumpf got control of the ball when Robbie Knezic tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Friedrich Michalsky ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reiner Baste was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Friedrich Michalsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute Heiner Strobel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reiner Baste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half BSG Lok Prenzlau were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Friedrich Michalsky to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Friedrich Michalsky in the 54th minute of play forced Club Ruhige Kugel's goalkeeper Reiner Baste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reiner Baste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Friedrich Michalsky in the 55th minute of play. Friedrich Michalsky was extremely unlucky when he, in the 57th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Friedrich Michalsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute Friedrich Michalsky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reiner Baste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heiner Strobel might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reiner Baste. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heiner Strobel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 67th minute, BSG Lok Prenzlau's Friedrich Michalsky dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Friedrich Michalsky in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reiner Baste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eckehard Widenmeyer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Reiner Baste came out and tried to block the shot, but Eckehard Widenmeyer slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Club Ruhige Kugel's goalkeeper Reiner Baste had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Friedrich Michalsky. Heiner Strobel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Reiner Baste when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Heiner Strobel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reiner Baste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Friedrich Michalsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Heiner Strobel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Friedrich Michalsky in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reiner Baste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BSG Lok Prenzlau's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
