Bernhard Schart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dirk Paetz in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Teskilat TC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gernot Riechel hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Fischlaken's Joachim Becker got a free kick in the 16th minute. Stanislaw Pfaff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enzo Wank read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Jens-Uwe Zugowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernhard Schart having to interfere. Artur Fussenegger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Teskilat TC's goal looked a bit too open when Dirk Paetz came free, but Bernhard Schart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Uwe Zugowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 40th minute, Matthäus Zellner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dirk Paetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernhard Schart having to interfere. Alfons Gröner hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artur Fussenegger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Teskilat TC booed when Fischlaken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dirk Stober didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Artur Fussenegger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernhard Schart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dirk Paetz's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Teskilat TC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! After 62 minutes, Dirk Stober mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fischlaken and the Teskilat TC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Dirk Stober hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislaw Pfaff charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stanislaw Pfaff the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stanislaw Pfaff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernhard Schart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dirk Paetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Fischlaken's Jens-Uwe Zugowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernhard Schart narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Artur Fussenegger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Teskilat TC reached it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fischlaken walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
