Erik Buehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Karl Eggeling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Axel Dehnke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Eggeling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Benscheider in the 23rd minute of the match. Karl Eggeling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Dotten in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Strickherdicke's goalkeeper Alois Ludewig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Achim Hoffmann. 36 minutes into the match, Strickherdicke's goal looked a bit too open when Achim Hoffmann came free, but Alois Ludewig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Max Olejarz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alois Ludewig made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Christian Damm sent off a good shot on target. Axel Dehnke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl Eggeling having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Dehnke to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Christian Damm made a precise shot to the right of Alois Ludewig. Strickherdicke's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Deathcore Alliance's attentive Pim Campen managed to snatch the ball when Jörg Schweger made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. A collision led to Strickherdicke getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jörg Schweger hit a great ball. Strickherdicke's Alois Ludewig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Volker Merod in the 59th minute of play. Axel Dehnke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alois Ludewig came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Deathcore Alliance's Achim Hoffmann. But to his dismay, Achim Hoffmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Strickherdicke's Axel Dehnke got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Strickherdicke's Alois Ludewig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achim Hoffmann in the 75th minute of play. Christopher Dotten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Eggeling having to interfere. Axel Dehnke scored 3-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Eggeling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Strickherdicke's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Damm came free, but Alois Ludewig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alois Ludewig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Damm in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Strickherdicke's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Damm came free, but Alois Ludewig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Deathcore Alliance booed when Strickherdicke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Benscheider didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Damm in the 93rd minute of play forced Strickherdicke's goalkeeper Alois Ludewig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deathcore Alliance were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Strickherdicke for a fine match.
