Johannes-Paul Henke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Deuss in the 19th minute of the match. Walter Deuss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kay Grund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Schekorr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Reininger having to interfere. Dan Schekorr took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Reininger. Paolo Reininger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dan Schekorr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paolo Reininger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Paolo Reininger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Schekorr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lehelitz FC's Ismail Gumpfer got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paolo Reininger, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Joris Dorn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jasebeck's Dan Schekorr got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paolo Reininger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joris Dorn in the 86th minute.
