The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastian Gehse kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rüdiger Woldag. That made the score 0-2 in the 89 minute of play. In the 98th minute of the match, Aldo Strehlke got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rüdiger Woldag was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Weßmar booed when Nieste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loy Hörner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klaas Buß sent away a hard shot on goal in the 101st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
