Pinkowitz FSV's Chris Schade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Nördershäuser in the 3rd minute of play. If Norbert Mappus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Doermi's zone, Rurik Bussler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakob Richter came out of the goal and Rurik Bussler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chris Schade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kilian Fellauer in the 9th minute of play. Fortunato Göger charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fortunato Göger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 14 minutes into the game, one of Pinkowitz FSV:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marc Prielhofer walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. If Louis Ahlswede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norbert Mappus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jakob Richter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Norbert Mappus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Doermi's Jakob Richter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedikt Hagen in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Doermi's goalkeeper Jakob Richter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Pinkowitz FSV's Louis Ahlswede nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jakob Richter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Ronaldinho Rhein fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Doermi's protests and gave Ronaldinho Rhein a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes FC Doermi got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Rhein. 42 minutes into the match, FC Doermi's goal looked a bit too open when Benedikt Hagen came free, but Jakob Richter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rurik Bussler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chris Schade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kilian Fellauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Benedikt Hagen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jakob Richter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jasper Kostner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Richter having to interfere. When Norbert Mappus came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Pinkowitz FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Mappus couldn't finish the play. After having played for 65 minutes, Louis Ahlswede managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinkowitz FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Louis Ahlswede was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldur Ohlmeyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jakob Richter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Benedikt Hagen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Norbert Mappus came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Pinkowitz FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Mappus couldn't finish the play. Norbert Mappus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Jakob Richter made a huge save. A collision led to FC Doermi getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Matthäus Brossart hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the game, Norbert Mappus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jakob Richter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Mappus in the 87th minute of play forced FC Doermi's goalkeeper Jakob Richter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakob Richter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Mappus in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Pinkowitz FSV getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Didi Högl hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Ronaldinho Rhein managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Doermi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldinho Rhein was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chris Schade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the match, Michael Rodemann notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pinkowitz FSV's Chris Schade. Chris Schade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pinkowitz FSV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
