Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Werner Hesse started the match with the kick off. Andreas Forst didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigi Aschenberg went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Bruno Ripps short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Oliver Hinke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Meinolf Rall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliver Hinke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Bruno Ripp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Oliver Hinke made a huge save. Andreas Forst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigi Aschenberg in the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of Sindlingen booed when Overeschhoek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Sondermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Petrus Urbach sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliver Hinke skillfully saved the ball. A hard shot 25 in the game by Bruno Ripp from a close distance when the talented Oliver Hinke managed to make a qualified save. Sindlingen's players were relieved. Bruno Ripp kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 28thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Sindlingen's keeper Oliver Hinke was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 32 minutes of play, Overeschhoek's Bruno Ripp made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliver Hinke was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th match minute, Sindlingen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Bay to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Sindlingen's goalkeeper Oliver Hinke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Ripp. When Niklaus Dröge came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Overeschhoek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklaus Dröge couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Ripp to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Sindlingen's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Ripp came free, but Oliver Hinke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliver Hinke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meinolf Rall, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. A collision led to Overeschhoek getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Bruno Ripp hit a great ball. Meinolf Rall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Oliver Hinke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niklaus Dröge might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliver Hinke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niklaus Dröge ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Sindlingen's zone, Bruno Ripp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliver Hinke came out of the goal and Bruno Ripp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Werner Hesse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Andreas Forst tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Werner Hesse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigi Aschenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Andreas Forst made a huge save. Oliver Hinke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Ripp in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sindlingen's Achaz Rudolph got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Bruno Ripp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sindlingen's Oliver Hinke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, Rufus Rüeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andreas Forst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Werner Hesse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Hinke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Ripp went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Overeschhoek's Bruno Ripp got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 94 minutes, Meinolf Rall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Overeschhoek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meinolf Rall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliver Hinke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Ripp in the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Overeschhoek fully deserved thier win.
