Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sebastian Holzenkamp kicked off to start the match. Fridolin Hennemann kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Wachtenbrink sk's Oswald Ackermann got a free kick in the 11th minute. When Sebastian Holzenkamp came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Kidderminster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Holzenkamp couldn't finish the play. Fridolin Hennemann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Özcan Zapf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bert Bayer. Wachtenbrink sk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Özcan Zapf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 32ndth minute of the game Sebastian Holzenkamp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wachtenbrink sk's Bert Bayer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bert Bayer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Holzenkamp's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Bert Bayer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Holzenkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Arnulf Kliesch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bert Bayer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Achim Gross hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Fridolin Hennemann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wachtenbrink sk's supporters rose to their feet, but Fridolin Hennemann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sierk Vortkamp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Sebastian Holzenkamp put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Bert Bayer. After the first half Kidderminster were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arno Stoll to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Kidderminster's Sebastian Holzenkamp ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bert Bayer. Bert Bayer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 57th minute, Sebastian Holzenkamp made a precise shot to the right of Bert Bayer. Wachtenbrink sk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. When Sammy Baum came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Kidderminster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sammy Baum couldn't finish the play. If Sebastian Holzenkamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Sebastian Holzenkamp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 73 in the game by Sebastian Holzenkamp from a close distance when the talented Bert Bayer managed to make a qualified save. Wachtenbrink sk's players were relieved. After 74 minutes, Arno Stoll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wachtenbrink sk and the Kidderminster players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Holzenkamp got free with Bert Bayer in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernd Happel hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Sebastian Holzenkamp came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Kidderminster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Holzenkamp couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Holzenkamp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bert Bayer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Wachtenbrink sk's goalkeeper Bert Bayer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oliver Ünlü took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bert Bayer. Bert Bayer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Kidderminster's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
