Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Özcan Jerat started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Fridolin Hennemann came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Wachtenbrink sk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fridolin Hennemann couldn't finish the play. Maximilian Prinz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bert Bayer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Wachtenbrink sk getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Reiner Indefrei hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Wachtenbrink sk's Timo Ngo got a free kick in the 14th minute. Josip Rameil kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carsten Vicktor during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Wachtenbrink sk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carsten Vicktor to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Tanne charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Tanne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Wachwitz FSV's Aldo Tanne got a free kick in the 24th minute. Arno Stoll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Frank Nell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arno Stoll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arno Stoll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özcan Jerat in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bert Bayer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Maximilian Prinz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arno Stoll to make the kick off. Maximilian Prinz in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bert Bayer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Frank Nell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fridolin Hennemann, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Bert Bayer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özcan Jerat in the 61st minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Wachtenbrink sk's goal looked a bit too open when Özcan Jerat came free, but Bert Bayer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Özcan Jerat dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bert Bayer, 0-1. Bert Bayer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özcan Jerat in the 74th minute of play. Maximilian Prinz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Bert Bayer made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Wachtenbrink sk's zone, Maximilian Prinz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bert Bayer came out of the goal and Maximilian Prinz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Özcan Jerat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Arno Stoll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wachwitz FSV's Frank Nell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oswald Ackermann in the 96th minute of play. The Wachtenbrink sk supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Wachwitz FSV's performance. The match ended with a win for Wachwitz FSV.
