Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thorsten Wolfstein took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ivan Schüle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Derk Blassen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Loris Beyer fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Übach-Palenberg's protests and gave Loris Beyer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Übach-Palenberg's Loris Beyer got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Übach-Palenberg's zone, Roland Wohlfart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the game, HSV 2.0's Roland Wohlfart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Derk Blassen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, HSV 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Thorsten Wolfstein came free, but Lev Schriever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Derk Blassen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Schüle's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. A collision led to HSV 2.0 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. The wind increased when Roland Wohlfart made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC Übach-Palenberg's Theophil Frey got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Roland Wohlfart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Übach-Palenberg's Derk Blassen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Wohlfart in the 60th minute of play. Ivan Schüle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derk Blassen having to interfere. Ivan Schüle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Derk Blassen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roland Wohlfart's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Derk Blassen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivan Schüle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 67 minute of play. FC Übach-Palenberg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Roland Wohlfart scored to the left of an out of position Derk Blassen, making the score, 2-3. Ivan Schüle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Schüle might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Derk Blassen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivan Schüle ran back to his position shaking his head.
