Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) Krüssel's Grischa Pröger started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Gut Frauenrath FSV's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Raik Krämer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Grischa Pröger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Brix Werners came out and tried to block the shot, but Grischa Pröger slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. Giacomo Kleinböck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ehrhard Rehberg during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, one of Krüssel:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Krüssel. Brix Werners made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Raik Krämer sent off a good shot on target. If Grischa Pröger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Giacomo Kleinböck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brix Werners acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 32nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Balder Schulitz. The crowd rose to their feet as Krüssel's Grischa Pröger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brix Werners. That made the score 2-1 after 34 minutes of play. Giacomo Kleinböck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Vogt succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. If Giacomo Kleinböck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Vogt was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Christian Vogt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samuel Pistauer, 2-3. After 61 minutes, Giacomo Kleinböck made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Krüssel's Samuel Pistauer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Krüssel getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Emil Frölich hit a great ball. Emil Frölich charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emil Frölich the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Erhard Barta fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Krüssel's protests and gave Erhard Barta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, Krüssel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erhard Barta to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Leo Wimmer in the 80th minute really tested Samuel Pistauer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dietmar Hayer during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 82 played minutes Gut Frauenrath FSV got a freekick which was hit by Dietmar Hayer. If Christian Vogt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Gut Frauenrath FSV getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jürg Drachsner hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Christian Vogt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Pistauer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Gut Frauenrath FSV left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Krüssel.
