Berend Amstutz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Zick in the 17th minute of play forced Leiberstung's goalkeeper Berend Amstutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kim Bodenschmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berend Amstutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leiberstung's Berend Amstutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Zick in the 41st minute of play. Herbert Schwede did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Berend Amstutz 42 minutes into the match. Walter Scheppach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Berend Amstutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julius Holldorf to make the kick off. Herbert Schwede might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Berend Amstutz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herbert Schwede ran back to his position shaking his head. 56 minutes into the match, Leiberstung's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Hinterstocker came free, but Berend Amstutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berend Amstutz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herbert Schwede went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Leiberstung's zone, Herbert Schwede stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berend Amstutz came out of the goal and Herbert Schwede tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th match minute, Leiberstung was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Stetter to maneuver through the defense. Berend Amstutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Zick, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Jörgen Boes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berend Amstutz having to interfere. Berend Amstutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peer Giza in the 69th minute of the match. Armina Bielefeld's Ingo Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julius Holldorf in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Olaf Zick had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berend Amstutz. Leiberstung's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olaf Zick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Boes in the 75th minute of play forced Leiberstung's goalkeeper Berend Amstutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Leiberstung defense, Olaf Zick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Berend Amstutz. The Leiberstung fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Berend Amstutz should have stopped the shot. If Herbert Schwede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Armina Bielefeld's Olaf Zick sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berend Amstutz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Armina Bielefeld's Ingo Reis got control of the ball when Marian Moldenhauer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Leiberstung booed when Armina Bielefeld was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Schwede didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leiberstung's Berend Amstutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Zick in the 91st minute of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Olaf Zick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leiberstung's Berend Amstutz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julius Holldorf in the 95th minute of play forced Armina Bielefeld's goalkeeper Ingo Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Armina Bielefeld's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marian Moldenhauer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
