Kornelius Manes hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Artur Droste ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Rasche was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, Schweben's goalkeeper Hark Baldmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kai-Uwe Striedl. A hard shot by Rene Olano de from long distance, 29 minutes into the match, got Hark Baldmann's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hans Herkner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Roger Rasche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Hark Trochowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV 1880 München 2's supporters rose to their feet, but Hark Trochowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hark Baldmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hark Trochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hark Baldmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eidur Wendt in the 38th minute of play. SV 1880 München 2's Roger Rasche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Droste in the 41st minute of play. Hark Trochowski in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hark Baldmann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hark Trochowski in the 46th minute of play forced Schweben's goalkeeper Hark Baldmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The goalkeeper, Roger Rasche, was totally fooled by Schweben's Kaspar Austin, who 79 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Hark Trochowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Schweben's Hark Baldmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hark Trochowski in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hark Baldmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The SV 1880 München 2 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Schweben to win.
