Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romeo Türke took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Romeo Türke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albert Preußler. Holstein Kiel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Türke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Albert Preußler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lothar Scharfenberg in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Lothar Szeimies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Lothar Scharfenberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Holstein Kiel's Albert Preußler. Albert Preußler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Romeo Türke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 15 played minutes Holstein Kiel got a freekick which was hit by Leschek Schlender. In the 16th minute Burkhard Saft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Preußler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Türke scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Preußler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Holstein Kiel's Albert Preußler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Türke in the 22nd minute of play. Lothar Scharfenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Preußler having to interfere. Romeo Türke succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. In the 35th minute, Romeo Türke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albert Preußler was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Torben Störmsdörfer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Albert Preußler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Holstein Kiel's zone, Burkhard Saft stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Preußler came out of the goal and Burkhard Saft tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albert Preußler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Türke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Holstein Kiel's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Türke came free, but Albert Preußler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The wind increased when Jürn Röring made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Albert Preußler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 58th play minute Cedric Peukert came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Albert Preußler. 0-6. Jürn Röring struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Dietmar de Raaf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holstein Kiel. Albert Preußler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Türke in the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, PurpsMunichMagic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torben Störmsdörfer to maneuver through the defense. Albert Preußler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lothar Scharfenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dietmar de Raaf came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Holstein Kiel's Jürn Röring. But to his dismay, Jürn Röring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. After 73 played minutes PurpsMunichMagic got a freekick which was hit by Paul Hebenthal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Burkhard Saft got free with Albert Preußler in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lothar Scharfenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Preußler having to interfere. If Romeo Türke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holstein Kiel's Albert Preußler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Türke in the 89th minute of play. Albert Preußler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Türke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PurpsMunichMagic's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
