In the 19th minute there was a penalty for 1.SSV Heimelf. Matthias W Rauche stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christopher Hähle. 0-1. In the 21st minute, Benno Rehm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute Benno Rehm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Hähle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Groß Kiphausen's Johan Andrade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommaso Hörnes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christopher Hähle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benno Rehm in the 29th minute of play. Tommaso Hörnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Groß Kiphausen were awarded a corner. Mauro Dziub went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, 1.SSV Heimelf's Tommaso Hörnes got control of the ball when Johan Andrade tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Björn Riester made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Theodor Blask in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Groß Kiphausen's Alois Kaulbach. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norbert Goldmann during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Groß Kiphausen getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Norbert Goldmann hit a great ball. Johan Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommaso Hörnes having to interfere. Benno Rehm was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. 1.SSV Heimelf's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 68th minute, Benno Rehm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christopher Hähle. The goal made the score 1-2. Christopher Hähle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benno Rehm in the 74th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Benno Rehm kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christopher Hähle. That made the score 1-3 in the 75 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in 1.SSV Heimelf's zone, Johan Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommaso Hörnes came out of the goal and Johan Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the game, Fabien Rombach threw the ball into play from the sideline. Groß Kiphausen's Alois Kaulbach quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 82 minutes, Benno Rehm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1.SSV Heimelf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benno Rehm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute of the match, Björn Riester tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christopher Hähle saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Björn Riester in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christopher Hähle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christopher Hähle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benno Rehm in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute Johan Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommaso Hörnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Groß Kiphausen's Johan Andrade nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommaso Hörnes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The Groß Kiphausen supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching 1.SSV Heimelf's performance. The match ended with a win for 1.SSV Heimelf.
