Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Heiko Volz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Erwin Schnarr made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Jörg Bäßler sent off a good shot on target. Arndt Klier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Gädechens having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heiko Volz in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Gädechens saved Manheim FSV from getting behind. Iker Gädechens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heiko Volz in the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Alfons Schmitt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erwin Schnarr, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Erwin Schnarr successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 28 minutes into the match, Piet Kleist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erwin Schnarr, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Erik Brennecke kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erwin Schnarr. That made the score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. Taläcker's Erwin Schnarr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Schmitt in the 34th minute of play. Arndt Klier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Gädechens having to interfere.

The wind increased when Alfons Schmitt made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Heiko Volz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iker Gädechens. That made the score 3-1 in the 52 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörg Bäßler in the 56th minute of play forced Taläcker's goalkeeper Erwin Schnarr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arndt Klier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Iker Gädechens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Brennecke during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erik Brennecke hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Arndt Klier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Heiko Volz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Manheim FSV's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arndt Klier fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Taläcker booed when Manheim FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heinz Schauberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Arndt Klier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arndt Klier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Iker Gädechens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Taläcker's Heiko Volz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iker Gädechens. Iker Gädechens yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Simeon Lausberg charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simeon Lausberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 89 minutes into the game, one of Manheim FSV:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Iker Gädechens, was totally fooled by Taläcker's Kay Kraft, who 91 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Arndt Klier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manheim FSV succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Taläcker had controlled the match.
